Por supuesto, los conductores del San Antonio est\u00e1n obligados a intentar evitar los accidentes en la medida en que la seguridad lo permita. En este caso concreto, puede resultar dif\u00edcil atribuir la culpa al conductor, dado que t\u00e9cnicamente no hab\u00eda infringido ninguna ley (as\u00ed lo confirmaron las autoridades). Aunque las dos mujeres se llevaron la peor parte de los da\u00f1os causados en el accidente, se podr\u00eda argumentar que, de haber respetado la ley, nunca habr\u00edan estado en situaci\u00f3n de ser atropelladas.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, en este caso entra en juego otro elemento que podr\u00eda ser un factor a la hora de determinar la responsabilidad. El conductor era un joven adolescente que acababa de obtener el permiso de conducir. Algunos podr\u00edan argumentar que su inexperiencia al volante podr\u00eda haber contribuido al accidente. En cualquier caso, los implicados en accidentes de este tipo podr\u00edan contratar los servicios de un abogado para presionar o defenderse de las reclamaciones de responsabilidad.<\/p>\n
