En general, se acepta que los conductores de San Antonio tienen la responsabilidad de mantener a salvo a los pasajeros de sus veh\u00edculos. La ley Texas obliga a todos los pasajeros adultos a llevar puesto el cintur\u00f3n de seguridad cuando viajan en el asiento delantero de un veh\u00edculo (no est\u00e1n legalmente obligados a hacerlo cuando viajan en el trasero).
