Sin embargo, las quemaduras en la cara o en articulaciones importantes deben ser tratadas por un m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"second-degree-burns\"><\/span>Quemaduras de segundo grado<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Estas quemaduras da\u00f1an m\u00e1s que la epidermis y, por tanto, son m\u00e1s graves.
