Estas sustancias da\u00f1an las diminutas v\u00edas respiratorias de los pulmones, lo que provoca una serie de s\u00edntomas molestos. Es posible que el m\u00e9dico deba realizar una biopsia pulmonar para establecer un diagn\u00f3stico preciso, pero tambi\u00e9n puede utilizar una radiograf\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al tratamiento, en primer lugar se le aconsejar\u00e1 que limite la exposici\u00f3n a la sustancia qu\u00edmica t\u00f3xica causante de sus s\u00edntomas. Cuanto m\u00e1s prolongada sea la exposici\u00f3n, m\u00e1s graves ser\u00e1n los s\u00edntomas. Si el problema es la inflamaci\u00f3n, pueden recetarle antiinflamatorios, como esteroides. Al reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n, estos medicamentos hacen que las v\u00edas respiratorias se abran m\u00e1s. Tambi\u00e9n es posible que le suministren ox\u00edgeno y medicamentos que inhiban el sistema inmunitario.
