Si este es el caso de un coche, cabe imaginar cu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s complejo debe ser el funcionamiento correcto de un semirremolque o un tractor-remolque. El fallo de cualquiera de los componentes necesarios para que un veh\u00edculo de este tipo funcione puede producir a menudo resultados catastr\u00f3ficos y crear una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mblaw.org\/es\/abogado-de-accidentes-de-camion-en-san-antonio\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">escenario de pesadilla<\/a> para los dem\u00e1s conductores en la carretera.<\/p>\n<p>Este hecho se puso de manifiesto en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2018\/08\/30\/643531297\/greyhound-bus-semi-truck-crash-head-on-in-new-mexico-at-least-4-killed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">un accidente devastador<\/a> ocurrido recientemente en Nuevo M\u00e9xico. El simple revent\u00f3n de un neum\u00e1tico de un semirremolque hizo que su conductor perdiera el control de todo el veh\u00edculo. El semirremolque se sali\u00f3 de su tramo de autopista y cruz\u00f3 la mediana en direcci\u00f3n contraria, donde colision\u00f3 con un autob\u00fas de Greyhound que se aproximaba y en el que viajaban 50 personas (incluido el conductor). Los da\u00f1os sufridos por ambos veh\u00edculos fueron considerables: el cami\u00f3n acab\u00f3 volcado en la autopista (con todo su contenido esparcido por la carretera) y toda la parte delantera del autob\u00fas qued\u00f3 destrozada. En el accidente murieron 7 personas y muchas otras sufrieron heridas graves.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan todos los indicios, se podr\u00eda concluir que se trat\u00f3 simplemente de un desafortunado accidente. Pero incluso en ese caso, es probable que se lleve a cabo una investigaci\u00f3n para determinar la causa del revent\u00f3n del neum\u00e1tico del cami\u00f3n. Si se descubre que el mantenimiento era deficiente, el camionero y\/o la empresa para la que trabaja podr\u00edan ser acusados de negligencia.
